Trustteam, a leading provider of managed IT services with 700 employees across five countries, is looking for a Data Migration Specialist to join our team in Kortrijk. This role involves planning and executing data migrations, optimizing processes, and resolving associated technical issues, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of migration tools and methodologies.
The role will primarily focus on our in-house developed ERP application Pulse, designed for occupational health and safety services. Pulse helps structure scheduling, reporting, service billing, and managing medical aspects and professional risks.
Perform data migrations between databases with various structures.
Assist the migration team by sharing solutions to encountered issues.
Develop and maintain migration scripts.
Collaborate with teams to establish a strong foundation for implementing migration tools and processes.
(Optional) Intervene on-site at client locations for data migrations.
Excellent proficiency in SQL and familiarity with version control tools like GitLab.
Knowledge of .NET, SQL Server is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a data migration engineer.
Knowledge of the medical field and/or occupational health services is an asset.
Excellent communication skills in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
